Fasted Cardio and Clean eating - the results are in

So 6 weeks ago the fasted workouts and clean eating began, and the results are in.

The changes are subtle so I will be continuing after holiday but I am feeling good! I have lots about 1.5kg, gained muscle and gone down a dress size, and most importantly I feel pretty good about myself and also healthy eating and fasted workouts are no longer a chore, I am used to it and to be honest far more enjoying the healthy foods I am eating!

 Week 1-3
 Week 4-6
Week 1-6

All taken at the same time each week, and even if the changes are not fully noticeable I can feel it with my clothing and the way I feel!
I highly recommend the fasted workout and obviously the clean eating, I also upped my training going heavier on weights and more HIIT workouts.

If you have any positive thoughts I would love to hear them, but keep the negatives ones to yourself ;)

Who is she?

Hi, I know, I know, another fitness and life blog... Well yes infact this is!

So lets begin.

I have struggled with weight for a good number of years now, when I was around 15 I tore the ligaments in my ankle, and with that I was out of sport and onto the sofa, slowly gaining a good amount of weight and going from a 10 to a 20.
It was one of those things that just happened. You never realise how it creeps on until one day you are no longer yourself and unhappy with every aspect of your looks, uncomfortable and constantly the target of bullies.
But this isn't a pity story, no way! I shall take you to September 2008 - the month it all began. I just started uni and was completely out of my comfort zone and feeling very awkward! I went to a fashion uni where everyone was skinny, fashionable and well I wasnt! So one day my housemate asked me if I wanted to join the gym and I did as a joke.. I pretty much have her and that little suggestion to thank for the reason I am the way I am.

At first I didn't take it to seriously, but when I started to see results I carried on and became more motivated and determined to prove every single person wrong and shock people when I came home from university, and I did!
Long story short, I lost 6.5 stone going from 226 - 139, with a little weight being put back on I ended my mission at 145lbs.

Happy days right?  Well kind of when I left uni things changed I moved back home and into an office job. I didnt have the balance right of working out and working long hours, I was used to study at home 3 hours gym sessions and not working 8.5 hours a day. I skipped my workouts and within a few months I could feel my hard work coming undone, I gained a stone and was miserable.

So once again I began to change my outlook and change when I exercised and how I ate. I started working out in the morning, changed my eating, I did the 5:2 diet, it was brilliant and I lost the weight all in time for me to go on holiday!

Since then I have maintained my weight with a few varations, recently I have really been focusing on my eating and lost 6lbs.
